Shipping to addresses in the contiguous (lower 48) United States is free. Orders placed outside of this area will be charged actual shipping fees. See below.

Orders outside of the contiguous (lower 48) States
Customers that place an order with shipping addresses outside of the contiguous (lower 48) States are responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Once the order is placed and a shipping cost calculated for the order, we will contact the customer to collect the shipping due. Once the remaining balance has been secured, the order will be shipped. Customers will be responsible for all duties, customs fees, local fees or such as applied by local law. International customers can expect slight delays for packages as they travel through customs.

Shipping Method
We use standard ground as our primary shipping method. Our warehouse is located in Bakersfield, California. Orders are typically shipped in 5-7 business days upon completion of payment.

All goods supplied by us are warranted to be free from defects. The warranty contained in this paragraph does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval. If the goods supplied to you are defective upon receipt, you should notify us immediately by contacting the Customer Service team at: sales@marchmeettees.com. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This warranty does not cover color differences between photographs and actual products purchased.

Some items may be sold ‘As is’ and would not qualify for coverage by any warranty and are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. These items will be clearly marked as such.

Damaged Products
If, when your order arrives, it has been damaged in transit or it appears faulty, please contact the Customer Service team at sales@marchmeettees.com. We will, subject to availability, replace the item immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any product(s) that you have ordered, provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in original unused condition (including packaging & boxes) within 30 days of receipt, we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item/s using the same method as your original payment or exchange.

Some items may be sold ‘As is’ and would not qualify for a refund if returned. These items will be clearly marked as such. We encourage you to inquire for more details when purchasing these items.

Filing a Return
To return any product(s) please contact us at returns@marchmeettees.com.

No returns will be processed without a RMA number.

Refund Amount
When returning products to MarchMeetTees.com the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us, and the Actual Shipping cost that we incurred while sending you the product. Your refund equation is: (Price for Product + Tax) – (Actual shipping cost) = Your Refund

As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning any item(s) to us.

All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Products
Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paperwork that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

The personal information collected by MarchMeetTees.com is for the purpose of fulfilling orders and serving customers. Information collected in the cart includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number.
